All of these "records" have been recorded during my training
climbs. Since I climb on average six days per week, I assume
I am climbing at a rate of 95% of my best effort. My fuel
rehydration source is FRS Anti Oxidant from New Sun
Nutrition in Southern California. This product is not yet (as
of this writing) on the market, but is being tested on athletes
at Pepperdine University dept. of Sports Sciences, and on
medical patients at Sansum Medical Clinic in Santa Barbara.
