My official world
record attempt ended on Jan. 26th, 2005 on Ferren Road in Santa Barbara.
A small hill by our mountain standards, Ferren Rd. rises only 600
vertical feet from its starting point near highway 101. However, Special thanks to Mr. Bruce Brown from WA state for inspiring the journey, and for Mr. Bill Lupo for assisting with the web site, climbing stats, and inspiration (and some perspiration). 2005 starts a new
season of riding and competing, and perhaps a new world record attempt.
We hope to use this web site to detail results of everything. Our
current final stats are posted in our records pages.
